Your tasks
- You lead a team of professional guardians in terms of expertise, organisation, and personnel.
- You manage guardianships in adult protection on behalf of the Child and Adult Protection Authority.
- You advise, support, or represent the affected persons in legal, administrative, welfare, and financial matters, including income and asset management.
- You collaborate with internal and external specialist agencies.
- You actively participate in projects for the further development of the area.
Your profile
- You have completed a degree in Social Work and have further professional training, for example with the CAS in Mandate Management in Child and Adult Protection.
- You have leadership training.
- You bring several years of experience in statutory social work or in managing adult protection measures.
- You are a committed and solution-oriented leader and convince with clear communication.
- You are IT-savvy and motivated to actively help shape digitalisation projects.
