With leva+ we digitalise heavy goods logistics and construction machinery rental – from order entry through to scheduling and invoicing. Our leva+ tribe consists of around 12 people, about half of whom are in software development.

To strengthen our leva+ tribe in Wil, we are looking for an experienced, reliable personality as Senior Software Engineer. You will work closely with our software architect, independently take on implementation responsibility together with other developers, and reliably bring technical topics to a good conclusion.

Your main tasks:

Implementation & Responsibility

• Taking on the professional responsibility for a small implementation unit within the leva+ tribe and supporting one to two developer colleagues in the implementation
• Responsibility for partial tasks – from conception to clean completion
• Close collaboration with our software architect in the further development of leva+
• Technical conception and code reviews
• Coaching and professional support of colleagues

Development

• Development and maintenance of high-performance web applications, ideally with Angular
• Further development of AI features (programming with current focus on Claude)
• Working with REST APIs, Git, and a pragmatic development culture
• Contributing to the new software generation of leva+, which we consistently build according to the principles of IDesign – with a volatility-based service architecture designed for low change costs and long-term maintainability

Your profile:

• You like to take responsibility and reliably and qualitatively complete tasks.
• You appreciate close collaboration on site with your team and our software architect in Wil; home office is possible up to 50%, but personal exchange is important to us.
• You are a team player, can handle different opinions well, and understand success as a joint achievement.
• You approach technical and methodological questions pragmatically, but a sustainable solution is important to you.
• You bring several years of professional experience in web development, ideally with TypeScript/Angular (C#/.NET is an advantage).
• You have experience with testing (unit, integration, E2E) and performance optimisation.
• You lead a development unit with overview and a sense of responsibility to successful project completion.
• You have very good German and good English skills.
