Procedural Assistant 80%The Winterthur / Unterland Public Prosecutor's Office conducts criminal investigations against adults in the districts of Andelfingen, Bülach, Dielsdorf, and Winterthur.
From June 1, 2026, or by agreement, we are looking to complement our team with your support as a Procedural Assistant (80%).
Job Description
As an assistant to an investigating public prosecutor, you take on all secretarial and administrative tasks. You independently manage the secretariat. You are responsible for organizing and recording interrogations and the administrative preparation of resolutions and maintain contact with authorities, parties, and third parties. In addition, together with the public prosecutor, you periodically perform on-call duty during the week and about 2 to 3 weekends per year. The role requires independence and good teamwork.
Requirements
You have completed commercial training and have several years of successful secretarial experience. Your high typing skills and flawless, confident German are a matter of course. You also have good IT user skills.
You work independently, reliably, and flexibly. Integrity and discretion are self-evident to you, and you are interested in criminal prosecution. You are characterized by a high sense of responsibility, resilience, and organizational flair. You always find the right tone when dealing with parties involved in the proceedings and interface partners.
