- Conceptualisation and preparation of offers as well as the development of concepts
- Responsible for leading contract negotiations in the Life Science sector
- Provision of calculation bases and financial analysis
- Completed degree at university of applied sciences or university level (business administration)
- Further training in sales or key account management (advantageous)
- Industry experience in facility management and/or in life sciences
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
