Head of Finance (CFO) / Member of Executive Management (m/f/d) 90 – 100%

Professional, personnel, organizational and business management of the finance department with around 13 employees
Responsibility for finance and accounting, controlling, budgeting, forecasting, reporting as well as patient administration
Ensuring forward-looking liquidity, investment and financial planning
Responsibility for annual financial statements, cost accounting and the further development of the organization's financial management
Preparation of key figures and well-founded decision-making bases for the executive management, the board of directors, authorities and insurers
Co-design of the strategic development of the organization as a member of the executive management
Ensuring and further developing an effective internal control system as well as appropriate financial risk management
Responsibility for the further development of processes, systems and digital tools in the finance area
Consulting and supporting managers in business management issues
Participation in negotiations with service providers as well as in finance-related projects

Education with a focus on finance, accounting and/or controlling (FH/Uni or federally certified expert in accounting/controlling), ideally supplemented by leadership or management training
Several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable finance function
Sound knowledge in finance and accounting, controlling as well as in business management
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, closing processes and in the further development of control instruments
Enjoyment of digitalization as well as optimizing processes and systems
Analytical, networked and entrepreneurial thinking with high implementation competence
