The Limmattal Hospital thrives on interdisciplinary collaboration. The team members of the medical administration support the medical staff in all administrative matters and also work closely with nursing and all other departments. The entire medical administration is under a single management, which further strengthens and simplifies interdisciplinary cooperation. This is where you get involved
- in the planning, organisation and coordination of neurology and memory clinics
- as a competent contact person for patients as well as internal and external offices (by phone and on site)
- in processing referrals as well as creating and sending appointment letters
- with responsibility for managing the KISIM mailboxes
- ensuring smooth administrative processes in day-to-day operations
- handling general administrative and organisational secretarial tasks
- drafting clinic reports and other medical correspondence
You
- have completed vocational training in the commercial field with further training as a medical and hospital secretary
- already have professional experience in a comparable position - advantageous
- possess an efficient and structured working style, even with a high workload and interconnected thinking
- have very good PC skills including knowledge of KISIM
- are a team player, show initiative and flexibility
- have confident German language skills and master medical terminology
