Health Specialist EFZ Lärchenhaus | 40-100%

- Professional care and support of 15 residents with dementia as well as cognitive, psychological impairments and addiction disorders
- Work in a protected residential area for the well-being and protection of the residents
- Co-creation of a structured, safe and appreciative daily routine
- Assumption of daily responsibility with corresponding scope for action
- Optional: remunerated additional role as a trainer AGS/FaGe/FaBe
You are
- trained at secondary level (FaGe, DN1, FA SRK) or recognition of a foreign diploma by the SRK
- experienced in care and support, ideally with challenging care situations
- professional, empathetic and appreciative
- team-oriented, reflective and solution-oriented
- confident in handling PC applications
- fluent in German
