Job description

This role involves the overall care of the resident by providing constant support in daily life.

Under the responsibility and delegation of the nurse, the unqualified Care Assistant carries out personalised care and support tasks for the residents.

Profile sought

Listening skills and interpersonal aptitude.

Good understanding of the needs of elderly people.

Ability to support residents at the end of life and their relatives.

Ability to act appropriately in the face of cognitive and behavioural disorders.

Aptitude to work in an interdisciplinary team and independently.

Proficiency in written and spoken French.

Desired experience:

Experience in end-of-life care, palliative care or psychogeriatrics.

Training:

At least Red Cross Health Auxiliary
