Shape the future of fundraising at the interface between research, teaching, and practice at the Center for Cultural Management.
Department: School of Management and Law
Start date: Immediately or by arrangement
- You lead the continuing education portfolio in the area of Fundraising Management (MAS, DAS, CAS as well as short continuing education formats), further develop the curricula of the study programs, and strategically reposition the study programs
- You conduct courses in the area of Fundraising and Nonprofit Management in initial and continuing education – depending on interest and qualification
- You lead and work on research and consulting projects and support the acquisition of third-party funding
- You write scientific and practice-oriented publications in fundraising and related fields alone and in collaboration with colleagues
- As part of a motivated and interdisciplinary team, you support the diverse activities of the Center for Cultural Management in the fields of art and culture
- You have a university degree in a thematically appropriate field (e.g., Nonprofit Management, Marketing/Communication, Social or Political Sciences) and bring professional experience in the fundraising or nonprofit environment, ideally related to culture, education, or society. A doctorate is an advantage
- You enjoy working interdisciplinarily at the interface between culture, politics, and business and bring experience in university teaching as well as supervising scientific papers
- You communicate confidently and appropriately in German and English
- You think analytically and conceptually, work independently and in a structured manner, and value teamwork
- An existing network in the Swiss nonprofit sector rounds off your profile
