tasks

• You support the project managers with interesting construction projects
• You assist in coordinating the construction projects with clients and authorities
• Furthermore, you support with quotations, construction accounting and invoice checks
• Scheduling coordination with craftsmen and suppliers is also part of your demanding task
• The workload can be 90% or 100%, depending on your preference

requirements

• You have training as a structural draughtsperson, architectural draughtsperson or have a construction trade qualification, e.g. as a carpenter, joiner or bricklayer (m/f/d)
• Further training is an advantage, but can also be completed afterwards
• It is a great advantage if you already have 1-2 years of professional experience as a junior construction manager
• Do you consider yourself reliable, strong in coordination and precise in your work?
