Your tasks:

• You take over the professional and personnel management of our anesthesia nursing, recovery room, positioning, and anesthesia consultation teams in the inpatient area
• You ensure high-quality, safe, and patient-oriented care in all these areas
• You promote employees and support their professional development
• You actively participate in daily operations including daily responsibility for anesthesia nursing
• You further develop standards, processes, and quality measures and ensure their implementation in everyday work
• You ensure the training mandate for anesthesia nursing as well as compliance with legal requirements, guidelines, and safety standards
• You are part of a management team and actively contribute to strategic and operational anesthesia projects and bring in innovations

Let us introduce ourselves:

We are the DLZ OP/IS, responsible for a highly professional and efficient operating room operation in 8 operating rooms as well as the intensive medical treatment and care of patients. More than 7,500 outpatient and inpatient operations are performed annually in the specialties of surgery, traumatology, orthopedics, spinal surgery, gynecology, obstetrics, plastic surgery, and urology. Over 1,800 treatment days are also provided in the interdisciplinary intensive care unit (6 ventilation places). Our certified medical device reprocessing unit (AEMP) cleans, disinfects, inspects, and sterilizes approximately 12,950 individual instruments and 18,817 instrument trays per year.
