About the job

For the Finance Department, we are looking for a committed individual to start immediately or by arrangement as

Your tasks

Participation in operational financial accounting (general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fee accounting) for several companies
Responsibility for dunning and debt collection, cash and card transactions, as well as the accounts payable workflow
Monitoring and ensuring smooth and timely payment transactions
Assistance with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER
Active participation in projects in the area of finance and accounting with a focus on digitization and process optimization
Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and internal requirements in healthcare
Close collaboration with internal specialist departments as well as cross-location support and representation within the team
Professional supervision and support of apprentices in financial accounting

Your profile

Further education in finance and accounting at the specialist certificate level or equivalent qualification
Several years of experience in financial accounting, ideally in healthcare or a comparable institution
In-depth knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER and practical experience in the application and implementation of REKOLE is an advantage
You are ICT-savvy and have a confident handling of the MS Office suite
Very good knowledge of SAP-FI, knowledge of SAP-SD is an advantage
High degree of personal responsibility, initiative, and independence
Experience and enjoyment in training commercial apprentices
