The medical environment combines the advantages of a larger hospital network with the personal atmosphere of a manageable team. Hierarchies are deliberately kept flat, and the interaction is collegial and direct. The close cooperation with attending physicians from the various clinics is particularly appreciated, regularly generating interesting interdisciplinary questions.
