What you can achieve
- Creation of SOP and quality management plan as well as definition of QM key figures in collaboration with specialists
- Planning, execution and documentation of change controls
- Planning and conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with legal requirements, support as well as preparation and follow-up of external audits (JACIE and Swissmedic).
- Training and advising employees on quality management
- Document management for all quality management documents
What you bring with you
- Completed advanced technical school, federal professional examination or bachelor in healthcare with a focus on quality management
- Knowledge in quality management and/or cellular therapies
- Independent and solution-oriented action to respond quickly to challenges
- High social competence and ability to work in a team to anchor quality management in the treatment team as an integral part of daily work
- Analytical thinking skills and the ability to structure and optimize processes
