• You take over subprojects and support the project managers in planning, implementation, quality assurance, and follow-up of projects
• Ongoing recruitment, training, and support of our promoter pool are part of your tasks
• With your winning manner, you support the development and optimization of the department, processes, and projects

• You have completed training in the commercial sector, tourism industry, retail, or a completed degree with internships
• You are a team player with high flexibility and communication skills
• Resilience and a precise and responsible way of working are among your strengths
• You are aware that weekend assignments in the event sector are possible
• Fluent German is a requirement for this job
