You love timber construction projects and want to make a difference? As the central interface for our projects, you ensure that orders are implemented smoothly and our customers are always well cared for. In doing so, you work closely with various departments and actively shape the processes from planning to completion.

Your area of responsibility

• You lead exciting timber construction and customer service projects to success and coordinate all parties involved
• You turn customer inquiries and complaints into positive experiences, thereby strengthening trust in our company
• You ensure with expertise and clarity that warranty and guarantee issues are handled confidently
• With expert advice, you support customers and architects in planning and implementation
• You prepare offers and order confirmations transparently and precisely, for clarity and trust from the start
• Together with site managers, subcontractors, and authorities, you create a cooperative partnership
• After project completion, you prepare billing and strengthen customer loyalty through follow-up care 

Your profile

• You are a foreman or certified carpenter and motivated to continue your education
• You are familiar with timber system construction and confidently apply SIA standards
• You master CAD, calculation, and offer preparation confidently
• You successfully lead a team of 2–4 people through every project
• Strong in teamwork and communication, you advance others and inspire with your positive charisma
