Role Objective:

In this versatile position, you ensure that international deliveries are handled efficiently, on time and in compliance with all customs and export-related regulations. With your expertise, you coordinate complex export processes and ensure smooth information and goods flow. Through your international orientation and your careful working style, you make an important contribution to the successful support of worldwide customers and projects.

Your tasks:

• Organisation, scheduling and handling of international transports taking into account the applicable Incoterms
• Creation and management of all export, customs, freight, origin and insurance documents
• Support with letters of credit, guarantees and other financial security instruments
• Recording and processing of sales orders as well as project-related documents in the ERP system
• Communication with authorities, customs offices, chambers of commerce and international business partners
• Support in the optimisation of export processes and cross-departmental collaboration

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training with further education in export, foreign trade or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in export processing, ideally in an industrial environment
• Good knowledge of international shipping, customs and foreign trade
• Experience with SAP as well as common MS Office applications
• Fluent German and good English skills, additional languages are an advantage
• Independent, structured and communicative personality
