- Competent and friendly customer advice (ability to follow multiple customers simultaneously)
- Familiarity with the cash register system
- Ensure that the point of sale is always ready for sales activities thanks to complete assortments, order, and cleanliness
- Administrative handling of goods receipt and dispatch
- Preferably basic training in sales with a federal certificate of competence or sector knowledge (footwear, sports articles or clothing)
- Sales skills
- Perfect knowledge of Italian, basic knowledge of French and German
- Reliability and sense of duty
- Sincere and respectful relationships with colleagues and superiors
- Flexibility in adapting to changing work situations
