This is what your job will be like
- You are responsible for initiating, managing, and implementing our HR processes along the entire HR life cycle (personnel planning, recruitment, retention, development, and release).
- You proactively support and accompany our line management in operational as well as strategic matters (organisational and leadership development).
- For our supervisors, you act as a sparring partner who valuable supports them in qualification, coaching, and the further development of their employees.
- You participate in HR projects and actively contribute to cultural development.
- You are responsible for our vocational training (including recruitment, support of apprentices, support of trainers), you review and develop the expansion of our training portfolio and plan training activities which you carry out.
What you should bring with you
- Commercial basic training with further education as a HR specialist with a federal diploma or similar.
- Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in vocational training (initial and further education) and enjoyment in working with apprentices.
- Very good German skills spoken and written, English is an advantage.
- Proactive, independent working style, resilient, hands-on and solution-oriented.
- Great enjoyment of freedom to shape your work as well as travelling to our locations in Switzerland.
