Do you want to support people in re-entering the workforce and are looking for a practical introduction to work education – not just theoretical, but right in the middle of the action?
For the "WerkBahnhof" in Bad Ragaz, we offer a fixed-term training position starting July 1, 2026, and are looking for a committed personality as:
Work Educator in Training (80%)
There is also the possibility to apply for a 6-month preliminary internship.
What awaits you:
You will receive comprehensive introduction to the entire process of work education, learn and develop within a professional and well-coordinated team.
At the same time, you will attend the two-year part-time training to become a work educator.

- Participating in assessments, goal setting, and support planning
- Observing, documenting, and supporting personal, social, and professional development

What you bring with you:
- Completed basic education (EFZ)
- Professional experience, ideally in a social environment or in the craft sector
- Strong personal and social skills
- Joy and interest in working with people in challenging life situations
- High motivation, eagerness to learn, and sense of responsibility
- Open, resilient, and stable personality
- Willingness to complete the part-time training to become a work educator in parallel
