Your tasks:
- You contribute to ensuring care quality appropriately to the situation and attentively respond to the individual needs of our patients
- You harmonise care quality and the individual needs of our patients
- You are responsible for the nursing diagnostic process (according to NANDA) and ensure structured, professionally sound care
- You accompany and support nursing apprentices and HF students in their learning process
- You actively represent the nursing service in the interprofessional team
- There are two shifts and no night duty
Your profile:
- Qualification as certified nurse HF/FH or equivalent training with SRK recognition
- Experience in an acute hospital or rehabilitation
- An open, solution-oriented and proactive working style
- High social competence, reliability and sense of responsibility
- Very good German skills as well as confident IT user skills
