At the Baar Care Center, we care for and support 165 elderly and young people, ensuring the well-being of the residents with great care and competent nursing. The person is at the center for us, lived diversity.

The Atrium Baar offers a unique home for young people who have been suddenly taken out of life due to illness or accident. The specialization of the professional teams enables those affected, who rely intensively on care and support with or without a wheelchair, to stay in the pulse of life. At the Atrium, we accompany, care for, and support young people in need of care from 18 to 65 years of age in their daily lives. The Living & Day Structure offer is aimed at people with different needs. A balance between nursing and socio-pedagogical aspects, taking into account individual resources and goals, is sought.

What does your workday look like?
- Your diverse activities at the Atrium cover the entire daily routine of our residents. You are a trusted and responsible person and alternate within the team during the day shift.
- You carry out nursing processes according to agreement and instruction, taking into account hygiene regulations and our quality standards.
- Your tasks also include housekeeping and general duties in the department such as various errands and cleaning tasks.
- General preparatory and follow-up work and correct and comprehensive electronic documentation are also part of your duties.
What do you bring?
- For this exciting and meaningful role, you bring experience from a similar position as well as a certificate as a nursing assistant SRK or initial training as a Health and Social Assistant EBA.
- With your positive attitude, humor, and motivation, you enrich the daily life of our residents.
- Your quick comprehension, good German skills, and experience with IT, especially in documentation, complete your profile.
