YOU WORK FOR WE - AS STORE MANAGER (M/F)

As a Store Manager, you are your own entrepreneur. You know the numbers of your store and are fully committed to WE. With your flair, you ensure together with your motivated team the ultimate shopping experience in your store. You are responsible for the success of your store and know how to increase sales every quarter. You prepare carefully every day for the morning staff meeting to optimally prepare your team for the new working day, where everyone gives their best and stays one step ahead of the competition – from the current collection to the latest customer service tips. What else you bring with you:
  • Completed training as a retail specialist or degree.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience as a manager in a customer-oriented work environment, such as retail, hotel and catering, tourism or event management.
  • Motivating and inspiring employees is in your blood; you represent our brand externally and are a role model for the Assistant Store Manager and all sales assistants.
  • You always think one step ahead and turn good ideas into concrete future plans.
  • You are dynamic and have excellent communication skills and strong persuasiveness.
