We are looking for a committed group leader or co-educator for a mixed-age group at our ALBISRIEDERSTRASSE location.
What are your tasks?
- Educational support and guidance of the entrusted children
- Designing a daily routine oriented to the children’s ages and interests
- Observation and developmental documentation using portfolios
- Supervising apprentices in the group
- Establishing a partnership in education with the families
- Organising and conducting excursions and parent activities
- Active participation in team meetings
- Creating a respectful, family-like working atmosphere
What should you bring?
- A completed qualification as FABE, educator, or comparable social pedagogical qualifications
- Trainer qualification is an advantage
- Expertise in early childhood, project work, observation and documentation methods
- Team player
- Initiative, creativity and flexibility
- Independent, structured and responsible working style
