Substitute Instructors
The Childhood Service of the City of Morges offers various services to support parents and help them balance professional and family life: preschool and after-school group care, school cafeterias, support for new parents, activities for children and families.
Within our school cafeterias (grades 1-6, 7-8, or 9-11), we are looking for:
Substitute Instructors
We offer:
- a motivating educational practice within a modern care structure imbued with values such as respect, communication, and authenticity
Main tasks:
- supervise a group of children from the end of classes until the resumption of school
- ensure the safety of students from grades 1-6 during trips between school and the dining area
- accompany them during meals and participate in teaching educational concepts
- prepare and lead small educational and cultural awakening activities
We are looking for:
- similar experience or experience in child supervision (family or group care)
- availability at least 2 lunchtimes per week
- adaptability and communication skills
- kindness, creativity, and autonomy
- good understanding of spoken French
Hours:
- During school periods, Monday to Friday between 11:45 a.m. and 2:15 p.m. (Wednesday off)
Start date: Fixed-term contract from February 1 to July 31, 2026, or to be agreed upon
