Project Developer for System Timber Construction 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Development and calculation of general contractor projects

• Preparation of comprehensive tender documents including specifications, project analyses, contractor information and detailed construction schedules

• Coordination of the planning phase in close cooperation with internal specialist departments and external architects

• Central contact person for clients and principals throughout the entire tender and development phase

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a technician or degree in architecture

• Professional experience in calculation in the general contractor sector is an advantage

• Solid basic knowledge of various trades

• Practical experience as a project manager or site manager in the GC sector

• Strong team skills, structured working method as well as high commitment and flexibility

• Good CAD skills
