The SAG Foundation is a non-profit organization that conducts educational and job integration projects for job seekers throughout Switzerland.
The motivation semester "SEMO - The Vocational Company" supports and accompanies young people with job coaching, education, and practical employment on their way to vocational training.
To expand our team at the Wattwil location, we are looking for an agreement-based position.
SEMO in Wattwil – a place where learning is fun and creativity knows no bounds! We accompany young people in search of an apprenticeship. This includes, if necessary, individual support and assistance with specific issues that pose obstacles in the search for an apprenticeship and in succeeding in the job market and vocational school.
You are a committed individual with a degree in social work, education, psychology, or related fields, or you have further training in case management (min. CAS). You already have experience in case management and with young people. You work solution-oriented, utilize existing resources, and promote the potential of young people.
