Polyclinic, emergency, outpatient care, hospitalisations: from birth to old age, Morges Hospital offers a wide range of care services. The establishment has 240 acute care beds, a maternity ward with around 1,500 births per year, and nearly 30,000 emergency consultations. In total, more than 40 medical disciplines have been practised within its walls for over 150 years. We are looking for the following for Morges Hospital:
Specialised Intensive Care Nurse (M/F) at 70-100%

YOU HAVE
- A recognised CRS nurse diploma or equivalent
- A diploma as an expert in intensive care EPD-ES
- Confirmed experience in intensive care
- Great autonomy, while knowing how to work interdisciplinarily
- Good stress resistance
- Basic computer skills
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Ensure continuous monitoring of the evolving clinical condition of the patient in critical condition and systematically assess their complex needs
- React effectively to critical cases requiring rapid and precise interventions
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders (nursing assistant, doctor, student), respecting each person's responsibilities, to develop and execute an optimal care plan
- Provide clear information and practical advice to patients and their families to best manage the recovery period and home care.
- Actively participate in projects to improve the quality of care and implement new practices
