- Coordination of maintenance and servicing around our infrastructure
- Planning, monitoring and implementation of measures in the area of IT infrastructure and small projects
- Management, documentation and control of hardware
- Central contact person for employees, external partners and service providers within own area of responsibility
- IT knowledge at least at first-level support
- Experience in coordination, maintenance, infrastructure or facility management is an advantage
- High sense of responsibility and reliability
- Service-oriented thinking and an independent working style
- French language skills are an advantage (highly desired but not mandatory)

Tasks
- Internal IT support with first- and second-level support as well as hardware and software management- Coordination of maintenance and servicing around our infrastructure

Profile
- IT or technical basic training with a good understanding of operational processes in IT and workplace- IT knowledge at least at first-level support
- Experience in coordination, maintenance, infrastructure or facility management is an advantage
- High sense of responsibility and reliability
- Service-oriented thinking and an independent working style
- French language skills are an advantage (highly desired but not mandatory)
