Social Worker at kjz Dietikon 80%The Office for Youth and Career Counselling of the Canton of Zurich, the administrative office for the districts of Affoltern, Dietikon, Horgen, is a cantonal centre of expertise offering professional support in the areas of family/youth and career counselling. The Child and Youth Welfare Centre (kjz) is a counselling centre for families, parents, adolescents, children, and toddlers, operating on the basis of the Child and Youth Welfare Act of the Canton of Zurich.
For our kjz team in Dietikon, we are looking for a social worker from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement.

Tasks
You will advise and support children, adolescents, and parents within the framework of child protection measures in case management as well as on a voluntary basis. In addition, you will conduct assessments in cases of suspected child welfare endangerment on behalf of the Child and Adult Protection Authorities (KESB). You will carry out your tasks in collaboration with family systems, authorities, schools, and other institutions and specialist agencies.
Profile
You have a degree in Social Work (FH) and bring experience in youth and family support. We are looking for a solution-oriented and resilient personality with strong social skills, a respectful attitude, and enjoyment of teamwork. Administrative tasks as well as the preparation of reports and case notes come easily to you.
