Your tasks
- Holistic care and support of our patients (m/f/d) in the rehabilitation process
- Promotion of independence and mobility through activating care
- Participation in the establishment and further development of the new ward
- Guidance and support of trainees
Your profile
- Training as a Health Specialist EFZ or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in rehabilitation, orthopaedics or acute care is an advantage
- Interest in developing new processes and structures
- Team spirit, initiative and a high sense of responsibility
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Motivation to create and actively contribute to new developments
- Willingness to take on responsibility
- Flexibility and solution-oriented thinking
