Our gastronomy at the Regional Care Centre Baden provides fresh, balanced and enjoyable meals daily for our residents, employees and guests. Quality, variety and a strong service orientation are at the heart of what we do.
The Regional Care Centre Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialised, professional care and support – which also includes a kitchen that combines enjoyment and quality of life.
With the opening of our new, state-of-the-art kitchen in autumn 2026, we are creating a working environment that sets new culinary and technical standards.
For the RPB location in Baden, we are looking for a committed, reliable and passionate individual to start immediately or by arrangement.
In this role you will support us by:
- Preparing fresh, seasonal and balanced meals daily
- Actively contributing to the further development of our offerings
- Ensuring consistently high quality and appealing presentation
- Participating in the development of processes in the new kitchen
- Strictly adhering to hygiene regulations (HACCP)
- Handling food and resources responsibly
- Working closely with your team and other departments
You will convince us with:
- A completed apprenticeship as a cook EFZ
- Experience in community catering or classic gastronomy
- A structured, reliable, flexible working style with a high quality standard
- Resilience and the ability to keep an overview even in hectic situations
- Enjoyment of teamwork and willingness to pitch in
- Openness to new things and enthusiasm to contribute in a new kitchen environment
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
