Your contribution to the company
- Advice and assistance to clients, mainly by phone or at reception when they visit the agency
- Assistance and support to insurance advisors in scheduling appointments with their clients
- Preparation and follow-up of appointments with clients, support to advisor teams in their daily tasks, correspondence and general administration
- Drafting insurance offers and proposals
- Close and ongoing contact with the agency's advisor teams
- Frequent exchanges with the various departments of AXA's regional headquarters

- You have completed commercial training and have initial experience in administration; knowledge of the insurance sector is a real advantage
- Your interest in advice and sales is strong, and you are highly motivated to train on our products and internal processes
- Your personality is service-oriented and you will always seek the best fair solution for all
- With a positive and dynamic temperament, you are reliable, flexible, and have ease in interacting with others as well as an excellent team spirit
- You master French both orally and in writing; any other language is an additional asset
- You reside in our activity area and have a good knowledge of the local economic fabric
- You are comfortable with common IT systems as well as learning new digital tools
