Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing
Activities
- Independent setup, operation, and monitoring of CNC turning and milling machines.
- Creation and adjustment of CNC programs (with common programming languages such as Heidenhain, Siemens, Fanuc).
- Execution of dimensional and quality checks on manufactured components.
- Maintenance and care of machines and tooling equipment.
- Optimization of manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and quality.
- Collaboration with the team for continuous improvement and process optimization.
Requirements
- Completed training as a CNC mechanic, cutting machine operator, or in a similar professional field.
- Experience in CNC machining (turning and milling) and programming of CNC machines.
- Solid knowledge in handling and programming Heidenhain, Siemens, or Fanuc controls.
- Independent and precise working style.
- Teamwork skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written.
