The Cantonal Tax Administration is responsible for collecting direct taxes in the Canton of Graubünden, except where legislation assigns this competence to the Confederation or the municipalities. The special taxes department, withholding tax section, makes an important contribution to the correct taxation of wealth taxes and withholding taxes.
We are looking immediately or by agreement for an officer in charge of securities taxation for the Graubünden Tax Administration / special taxes department / withholding tax section.
- Review of the securities list of individuals
- Determination of taxable income and asset values
- Determination of refund entitlements from federal withholding tax and from the US supplementary withholding tax
- Review and determination of creditable foreign withholding taxes
- Collaboration with municipalities and the commissioner
- Commercial training or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience in the banking or fiduciary sector, ideally with experience in securities or tax matters
- Sense of responsibility, discretion, accuracy and resilience to stress
- Good IT skills
- Enjoy working independently
- Willingness to pursue specialised professional development
- Negotiation skills as well as excellent oral and written expression in German
- Good knowledge of several cantonal languages is an advantage
