What you achieve
- You take care of ensuring comprehensive, individual, and holistic care and nursing of our clients
- You ensure the timely and competent processing of medical documents and ensure a clear and smooth flow of information within the team as well as with other departments.
- You advise clients and their relatives empathetically, organize yourself independently, and remain calm and composed even in stressful situations.
What you bring
- You have several years of professional experience as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH, ideally in the Spitex sector
- You enjoy working independently and conscientiously and have a pronounced quality awareness and interconnected thinking
- You are a strong team player who quickly gains access to clients and relatives through your open, communicative, and empathetic manner
- You have a category B driving license, which you also like to use
