Our client, a Neuchâtel SME exporting its products worldwide, has commissioned us to preselect their future

Production Manager (M/F)

Your main tasks:

• Responsible for production (including mechanics, assembly, locksmithing, methods, maintenance and workshop workload planning)

• Implementation, review and monitoring of production indicators

• Collaboration with the Technical Office, Quality and Project Managers departments

• Definition of continuous improvement processes

• Cost management and optimisation

• Enforcement of safety rules and environmental standards

• Participation in management meetings

Your profile:

• Higher technical education in mechanics, microtechnology or equivalent training/experience

• Significant experience in a similar environment (assembly of large-scale parts)

• Experience in team leadership and project management

• Organisational skills and analytical mindset

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in French and English (understanding of German is an asset)
