Your Tasks
- Independent and timely execution of payroll accounting for a defined group of employees
- Maintenance of personnel master and time management data in the HR system
- Contact person (m/f/d) for employees, managers, and authorities on all questions regarding income tax, social security, tariffs, and working time models
- Participation in year-end closing activities as well as internal and external audits
Your Profile
- Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with additional qualification in human resources or payroll accounting
- Proficient knowledge of income tax and social security law
- Confident handling of common payroll and ERP systems (e.g. SAP HCM or P&I LOGA)
- Structured, reliable, and service-oriented working style
- Team spirit and enjoyment of communication
