- You have a Master's or Bachelor's degree with a quantitative focus and bring strong analytical thinking.
- You are proficient in modern data processing technologies, especially with Google Cloud, Python, GitHub, and SQL (DBT).
- You have experience with actuarial methods or are eager to acquire this knowledge.
- You motivate your environment and lead it enthusiastically on our transformation journey.
- You communicate appropriately to the audience and represent our teams confidently to the outside world.
- You work closely with the leadership team on the development and implementation of the Data & Tech strategy - and you also pitch in yourself.
- You are determined and persistent and do not let setbacks discourage you.
