Construction Foreman/Forewoman Civil Engineering (m/f/d)

• Project management from A to Z: You independently take over the AVOR, execution and billing of demanding special civil engineering and excavation pit projects.
• Leadership at eye level: You lead and motivate your construction site teams and coordinate the targeted use of our specialised machinery fleet.
• Focus on quality & cost-effectiveness: You monitor deadlines, costs and quality standards and ensure compliance with occupational safety on the construction sites.
• Hub function: You are the central contact person for clients, planners, authorities and subcontractors and negotiate skilfully in project adjustments.

• A completed training as construction foreman/forewoman (HF/FH) or a comparable qualification with solid practical experience in civil and special civil engineering.
• Organisational talent, negotiation skills as well as a pronounced awareness of cost-effectiveness and occupational safety.
• A communicative leadership style as well as a driving licence category B.
