The Real Estate Department (DI) is tasked with renovating and building real estate infrastructures, managing, maintaining, servicing and enhancing the existing real estate portfolio, being an active player in the ecological transition of the real estate assets, and cultivating operational excellence. In this capacity, it defines the real estate strategy of the HUG, leads the implementation of the 2022-2040 Hospital Master Plan, and ensures the management and coordination of major real estate projects.

Job Description
The Real Estate Department is recruiting, as part of the implementation of its strategy, a process-oriented project manager. In this role, you lead an approach aimed at formalising business processes and optimising activities to strengthen operational performance and service quality.
Within this framework, you work transversally with teams to consolidate processes, clarify roles and responsibilities, and improve the clarity and understanding of services offered to internal clients.
You analyse existing processes and identify pain points. You collect and analyse evolving needs expressed by field teams and propose improvement avenues. In alignment with the principles of the ISO 55001 standard related to asset management, you identify gaps between current practices and target needs and propose common standards. You model the target processes. Finally, you propose and implement monitoring, evaluation, and continuous performance improvement mechanisms. You operate in a transversal environment and collaborate closely with all employees of the owner division. In this capacity, you facilitate exchanges between different stakeholders, promote collective intelligence, and ensure the proper adoption of defined processes.
You provide methodological and organisational support to sector managers and the real estate management and participate in updating processes. You are familiar with continuous improvement tools: 5S, Kaizen, KPI management and analysis with problem-solving methodologies: 5P, QQOQCP, Ishikawa.
You support change and contribute to developing a customer service culture and data-driven management.
Qualifications
You hold a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in engineering, operations management, or a relevant field, complemented by a certified project management training. You have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role within a complex environment.
Throughout your career, you have confirmed experience in implementing processes and developing decision-support tools for activity management. You have developed strong analytical, synthesis, negotiation skills and the ability to unite teams.
A project management certification (HERMES) is an asset.
Practical knowledge of the ISO 55000 family of standards and associated frameworks, applied to a complex real estate portfolio in operation, is desirable.
You demonstrate autonomy, great versatility, and a strong capacity to adapt.
Your organisational skills, pedagogy, pragmatism, and ability to work in a complex environment are recognised competencies.
Good oral and written knowledge of English, in addition to French which you master perfectly, is an asset.
