Tasks
You will perform social administrative tasks for the social welfare office and support the social workers in intake and long-term counseling in their daily work. This includes, for example, support with archiving, periodic reviews, and other individual matters in the area of administration. In doing so, you also build bridges to all other involved actors (offices, organizations, individuals, etc.).
Expectations
- Completed vocational training as a commercial clerk EFZ or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience, preferably in social or municipal services
- Resilient and flexible personality with assertiveness and quick comprehension
- Knowledge of the case management system KLIBnet is an advantage
- Ability for interdisciplinary collaboration and teamwork
- Understanding of people in difficult life situations
