- Care and advice for our guests on medical/health matters
- Analyzing records, reports, test results, and examination information to diagnose health status considering physical, emotional, and social factors
- Explanation and discussion of test results, prescribed treatments, and procedures that our guests must follow during their stay at the spa
- Monitoring the progress of our guests during their stay and re-evaluating treatments if necessary
- Management and treatment of common health issues that may arise during the stay
Qualifications & Competencies
- Medical degree from an internationally recognized medical faculty as well as a completed specialist training
- All diplomas (medical degree and specialist training) must be recognized and a MEBEKO authorization in Switzerland must be available
- Very good German skills (B2 level)
- Professional practice license for the canton of Lucerne must be obtainable
- Very good English skills
- Experience in using specific IT applications for recording clinical data
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team- and service-oriented personality with a strong service orientation
