The Client Data Management team belongs to the Operations department, which provides an important service for the success of the Glarus Cantonal Bank through efficient and reliable processing of daily tasks.

Client Data Manager (m/f) 60% fixed-term for 1 year

Your tasks:

• Physical scanning and archiving of payment transactions, pension and rental documents as well as internal receipts
• Digital indexing and archiving of cash receipts, PiBu documents, credit mutations and investment contracts
• Release and control of Client Data Management orders in the banking application
• Creation of cut-off date certificates and administrative handling in the event of inheritance
• Support of compliance in control and monitoring tasks as well as registry clarifications
• Maintenance of customer master data including digital recording, cleaning and support for front office staff
• Participation in smaller projects if interested

Your profile:

• Completed commercial banking training or equivalent training with banking experience
• VSB knowledge
• Good MS Office skills
• Independent and self-reliant working style, service and customer orientation as well as willingness to learn new things and a positive attitude towards change
• German language skills at native level
