- Personalized and targeted advice on insurance solutions to clients you meet at their homes, at the agency, or by phone
- Follow-up and professional development of your own client portfolio

Your skills and talents
- You have completed a professional apprenticeship and have some initial experience, knowledge of the service, insurance, or banking sector is an advantage
- You live in Echallens and can demonstrate a very good knowledge of the local economic fabric and a wide network in your region
- Your personality is service-oriented and you have an ease in contacts with others, you seek solutions for your clients and know how to adapt to any situation
- You are fluent in French both orally and in writing, any other language is an advantage
- Your working method is autonomous and goal-oriented, a remuneration based on your own performance is an additional source of motivation
- You are comfortable with common computer systems as well as learning new digital tools
