Your field of activity:

• Comprehensive responsibility for projects from the planning phase to handover

• Leadership and coordination of the specialist planners and contractors involved in the construction

• Ensuring an optimal project and construction process

• Preparing protocols, construction programmes, cost estimates and tenders

• Conducting construction meetings, regular meetings and negotiations

What do I need to be successful?

Your skills:

• You have completed an apprenticeship or studies in construction and have solid experience as a Project / Construction Manager in building construction

• You are familiar with Swiss construction trade standards

• You have a basic understanding of costs and their interrelations

• You are well acquainted with hectic everyday situations

• Teamwork and good manners are among your basics

• An independent and structured way of working makes your everyday life easier
