Your Tasks
- You check the heating/operating costs and property statements from various portfolios (prepared by accounting)
- You handle the clarifications arising in this context with authorities, third parties, etc.
- You are responsible for coordinating and conducting heating/operating cost inspections by tenants
- You represent the owner vis-à-vis tenants in disputes over ancillary costs and in resulting conciliation negotiations
- You ensure timely collection in cooperation with accounting and prepare installment agreements
- You assist in clearing tenant accounts and help with the processing of collection cases
- You support higher-level administrative tasks and control activities
Your Profile
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or an equivalent education
- You bring several years of professional experience in real estate accounting or property management
- You hold a Swiss Federal Certificate in Property Management or an equivalent further education in the real estate sector
- Your native language is German and you can advantageously communicate orally and in writing in other languages
- You have good knowledge of Swiss tenancy law
- You have an analytical mindset and enjoy working with numbers and IT systems
- You have a high customer orientation and maintain a partnership-based approach
- You think and act entrepreneurially and have pleasant manners
