About the job
What you can achieve
- Collaboration in the management of our accident/illness/absence tool (UKA), checking and filing of medical certificates as well as reconciliation with our time management tool
- Handling general administrative tasks and internal inquiries via email, ticket system, telephone or in personal contact
- Assisting in keeping our USB internal regulations up to date
- Advising and supporting inquiries from line management and employees
- Assisting in training for our plan sheet managers
- Planning and managing the time recording tool PEP Polypoint
