Your tasks
- Advising planners, architects, and property owners on the building permit procedure as well as on construction, planning, and environmental law
- Processing building applications and preparing construction law decisions
- Independently managing tasks in an open, future-oriented environment
Your profile
- Architectural knowledge and flair for high building culture
- Knowledge of Zurich planning, construction, and environmental law
- Enjoy working in a team and contributing to the design of building permit processes
- Focused and professional demeanor, clear communication skills, negotiation skills, conflict capability
