Job description:
As an IT On-site Support, you will join our team in Zurich to support one of our clients by providing on-site IT support to users and ensuring the proper functioning of equipment and IT systems in a demanding and secure environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support on-site and remotely for banking sector teams
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents (workstations, printers, mobiles)
- Install, configure and maintain equipment and software according to banking sector security and compliance standards
- Manage user accounts and access rights in sensitive environments
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation
- Collaborate with IT teams for escalation of complex incidents
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and banking sector-specific processes
- Participate in IT projects and process improvements
About you:
- Experience in IT support or similar role, ideally in the banking sector
- Proficiency with Windows and Mac OS environments
- Experience with Active Directory and Office 365 administration
- Knowledge of ticketing tools and remote support
- IT education background
- Fluent in French and English
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
